Peanut
Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients:
- 1-1/4 c. KRAFT Smooth Peanut Butter

1/2 c. butter (softened)

3/4 c. sugar

2/3 c. packed brown sugar

2 eggs

1/1-2 tsp. vanilla

1 c. all-purpose flour

1/2 tsp. baking soda

1/2 to 1 pkg. Milk chololate chips
Directions:
* Cream together peanut butter and butter.
Gradually beat in sugars. Blend in eggs and vanilla.

Combine flour and baking soda. Blend into creamed mixture. Stir in chocolate
chips.
*
Drop by tablespoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets. (I use a veg.spray like Pam.)

Bake at 350F (180C) 10-12 minutes or until centres are soft to the touch. Cool
cookies on pan 5 minutes.
Makes 4 dozen cookies.
* Don't over bake them - they get too hard
- I rarely let them go the full 12 minutes - I usually pull them out earlier.
They're most delicious when soft!
Zucchini
Patties
Ingredients :
- 3 c. grated zucchini
- 1/2 c. grated carrots
- 2 eggs (beaten)
- 1/2 c. water or +
1-1/4 c. pancake mix or 1 c. flour
1/2 c. cheese (grated)
1/2 c. chopped onions (I use green onions)
1 tsp. chicken style seasoning
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
3/4 c. crushed bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Directions:
* Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Drop from a spoon into
an oiled fry
pan. Flatten them with a spoon.
*Fry till golden brown. Turn over and
brown other side.
Serve with gravy of your choice.
