Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1-1/4 c. KRAFT Smooth Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 c. butter (softened)
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2/3 c. packed brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/1-2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 to 1 pkg. Milk chololate chips

Directions:

* Cream together peanut butter and butter. Gradually beat in sugars. Blend in eggs and vanilla.

* Combine flour and baking soda. Blend into creamed mixture. Stir in chocolate chips.

* Drop by tablespoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets. (I use a veg.spray like Pam.)

* Bake at 350F (180C) 10-12 minutes or until centres are soft to the touch. Cool cookies on pan 5 minutes.
Makes 4 dozen cookies.

* Don't over bake them - they get too hard - I rarely let them go the full 12 minutes - I usually pull them out earlier. They're most delicious when soft!

 

Zucchini Patties

Ingredients :

  • 3 c. grated zucchini
  • 1/2 c. grated carrots
  • 2 eggs (beaten)
  • 1/2 c. water or + 1-1/4 c. pancake mix or 1 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. cheese (grated)
  • 1/2 c. chopped onions (I use green onions)
  • 1 tsp. chicken style seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 3/4 c. crushed bread crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Directions:

* Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Drop from a spoon into an oiled fry pan. Flatten them with a spoon. 

*Fry till golden brown. Turn over and brown other side.

Serve with gravy of your choice.
